Commercial purposes refer to cases such as the audio being used in monetized videos, being distributed onto monetized platforms, or commissions from clients belonging to corporate organizations such as (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) Youtube monetization, and/or multiple uses on Twitch or other streaming sites.

Commercial fees may vary depending on the project, client, and/or usage

All vocal tracks should provided in mono .wav format, and any overlapping lines should be in a separate file

RAW Vocal files must be in WAV 48kHz(recommended)/ 41kHz (16bit or 24bit).

Please make sure your vocal files are roughly timed to either the instrumental or reference track (this means your vocal stems should be aligned to either the ref track or instrument when I import them into my project file)

Please label your tracks clearly with the vocalist name, song title, and vocal part (for example: “Kringg-Prologue-Main1”

Please make sure to provide the on vocal/reference track & instrumental tracks in the correct key and same bpm that you have recorded in

I still accept vocal tracks that are peaking/clipping, but as these distortions still there, that will affect the quality of the final mix.

Please note that the mixing result depends on your mic quality and your singing as well.

I usually do not ask for retakes so please make sure the tracks you send me are your best takes

Don’t use any effects on your raw vocal. Don’t merge your vocal if it’s overlapping, try to separate it with different files

The payment is made upfront (payment paid in halves can be discussed - Client would pay 50% of the payment upfront and 50% once we ready to deliver the finished commission work) After we receive the payment we will begin working on the commission.

All prices are listed in USD ($) currency and will appear differently in other currencies. This is important to keep in mind when discussing the final payment.

Local commission will be rated for 1$ = 10K (BCA/DANA)

Internasional payment using Paypal only (we will send the invoice)

Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.

Any additional charges (rush fees, further edits, added assets, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.

All commissions will have "tax" added on to cover fees

In case we're unable to complete client's commission before the deadline due to any urgent reason, client will receive a full refund (100%)

Once the commission has started, refunds are not accepted.

Please consider your budget before put an order and commissioning us

Waiting list slot only be given to clients after the payment received (full/partial payment)

No cancelation throughout the process or after completing the payment for batch's slot

If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid for over a week, we will cancel the commission unless there's a mutual agreement regarding the delay.

Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

We retain original copyright and ownership of the work, which includes but may not be limited to advertising, displaying the work in our social media and portfolios according to our discretion.

Commercial licenses require additional charges, please discuss this with us first to set the right price.

Commercial rights means usage of Work on streams or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform.

Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use/commercial. (depends the services)

Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels.

Client must not claim Work as their own and must credit KRINGG using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on.

Client must not edit or modify Work in any way without prior permission from KRINGG.

Commissions are usually made in order of arrival, but orders with a deadline, or rush fee, will always have priority. Feel free to ask for the progress status.

Clients may only ask for changes to a commission WHILE we working on it or 24 hours after Client receive it. If it's any later, We will not change it because we're done working on it. Only small changes may be made for free while many/big changes will be charged a fee.

All prices listed are for personal use only. (except Tea , Commercial Use for content uses such as: streaming/mv cover/etc are allowed. as long as not for re-sell/print for merchandise)

The commission will start when payment is met.

The artist reserves the right to: Include the work in the artist’s portfolio, social media pages, commission sheets etc. Claim the commissioned piece as their own. Publish work online (unless the artist and the client have a mutual agreement to wait for a certain amount of time.

The client does not have the right to repurpose, redistribute or edit any of the commissioned products unless an Extended license has been provided by KRINGG.

We do not make art intended to be sold as NFT or involved with anything related to Cryptocurrency/Art intended to be used to train AI or promote AI art.

Price may increase depending on the complexity of the commission.

Major changes can be made through the sketching and lineart stages, while minor changes can be made through the colour stages.

Mistakes on our part such as in the sketch and render phase will be fixed for free, but not if it was caused by unclear references sent by the commissioner.

There will be no refund after the commission has begun, please be aware of this before requesting. Unless there has been a mistake or extreme delay from our part.

Personal Use: Only use for PFP, header, post and personal prints. Unmonetized livestream is permitted. (The usage must not be involved in any campaign, sponsorship, subathon, donathon or any gains of profit).

Content Creation Use: For use such as for a monetized livestreaming (gain to use for any kind of livestream purpose), music cover, videos & more.

Merchandising: Have privilege of all above and given rights to sell the art as merchandise.

Rushed commissions with tight-deadlines are only accepted after discussion.

The waiting time depends a lot on: how many people are ahead of your commission, the number of drawings, the type of commission.

This low-contact style of commissions. which don't include drafts/revisions and allow the artist creative freedom.

Rendering details/complexity will be up to the amount of payment the client given
